Each Ecco home has a fully furnished private bedroom. We provide 100% of all the essential items like the queen or full-sized bed, an end table, night lights, and a large dresser. Also we offer:

Regarding the move-out, please note that if a tenant plans to move out at any time during the lease term, including the expiration date, they must provide a written notice of intent to vacate at least 60 days before the move-out date. Once the tenant is in a month-to-month status, they have to give 30 days written notice before your move-out day. Notices are always given before the first day of the month. In case of damages to the bedroom, the amount incurred by their repair will be retained from your deposit. We will, of course, outline and discuss this with you first.

The minimum length of a stay is 12 months, then you'll have the possibility to renew your lease to a month-to-month basis.

Basically, you can do whatever you want to your room as long as you don't damage the walls, floors, or other surfaces and return the bedroom to its original state. However, before making any modifications to the bedroom, please ensure to obtain permission as it is a vital requirement for tenants.

Every Ecco home has its own designed shared spaces. You’ll always find a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and a laundry room. Most Ecco homes come with a large backyard where you can set up a BBQ for eating outdoors.
